[Applejack is back from her mission! And as much as she's tuckered out, she's happy to be home and makes her rounds to her various friends to let them know she's back. And also to make sure that Winona hasn't gone too crazy.

It isn't until she's back home that night and settling down that realization dawns and she can't help but laugh.]

Tarnation. Ah missed my own birthday, goin' ta help out the Malnosso. That musta taken longer than Ah realized.

But that means it's gettin' close ta Nightmare Night! An' that means the pumpkins are comin' in. It's not much of a pumpkin patch, but if anyone's wantin' ta come on by the farm an' pick one up, they'll make mighty fine jack-o-lanterns. [Soft chuckle.] Or pies, if that's what you're aimin' for.

[Pause. That has just reminded her...]

Gol-ly. Already closin' in on time for makin' cider, too. Would anyone mind lendin' a hoof with makin' cider? Ah promise it's well worth the work.

Japanese pumpkin. It's another sort of squash - I'm more used to cooking with that, but I've always wanted to do more with pumpkins.

[Still. Totally lost. She's going to assume "Japanese" and "America" are places wherever he's from. Or something. In any case, she can at least recognize "squash."]

Well, Ah planted a couple other kindsa squash, but ya might have different names for 'em than we had back home. If ya wanna come an' see what we've got, you're welcome ta come on by. Ah can even give ya some recipes if ya wanna test 'em out.

Huh... yeah! I can bring you some'a mine too if you want, but that sounds like a good idea. Fresh ingredients are usually better, after all.

[Even if he doesn't have access to the freshest of fresh back home a ton]

Sounds great! It'll be a lotta fun, swappin' recipes.

[Just. No meat. That won't work.]

Yeah, I've never cooked pony stuff before, so that'll be a big change up! ...I can make pony stuff without having hooves, right?

'Course! Sanji seems ta make a lotta the same stuff we make back home just fine. You'll do fine, sugarcube.

Sweet. So I'm meeting you out at those farms, or you wanna go halfway, or what? I got a recipe book I've been making I could bring over!
